Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee! Whilst coffee from Chelchele is no stranger to the Marvell Street menu it's rare for a natural processed coffee to make the cut, but this harvest was special. Originally purchased to be used in one of our blends, this Chelchele cupped so well upon arrival that we couldn't help ourselves and decided to release it on filter for you all to enjoy. Typically coffee in Ethiopia is grown on small 'backyard' plots alongside other crops, the farmers then deliver their coffee cherries to their local washing station to be sorted and weighed.
Fruity, syrupy sweet with a voluptuous creamy body this naturally processed lot from Chelchele washing station is a knockout!
