Growing up playing under the shade of coffee trees, Albeirzon Prada was destined to be a coffee farmer. Both his parents grew coffee and today Albeirzon applies everything he learnt from them on his own coffee farm Finca Tres Esquinas, where he and his wife focus on producing specialty grade coffee. He proudly reinvests back into his farm infrastructure, always with the aim of improving the quality of his crop every harvest. He is also a member of ASOTBILBAO, a group of dedicated producers in the region committed to sustainability in coffee growing.
