In a magical mountainous place where five different rivers converge, and centuries of indigenous culture continue to thrive, lives Emilson Sanchez and his family. Emilson is a second generation farmer who's father has over 30 years of experience growing coffee in the region.
Previously farmers like Emilson had no incentive to grow high grade coffee as they would have to sell their beans to intermediaries who blended and sold it with no traceability. Now however Emilson is able to produce high grade coffee and sell it directly to importers where he receives higher prices and greater recognition for his hard work. This coffee is exceptional and scored a rating of AAA which is one of the highest for quality you can achieve in specialty coffee from Colombia. Intensly sweet, it is complex, vibrant and has wonderful depth and length, truely one to savour!
