Walking around Finca Vista Hermosa you may be fooled into thinking the incredibly steep undulating terrain is impossible to farm on, but it is here, on these lush green slopes where Luis Edier Reinoso grows his specialty grade coffees, including this unique red caturra micro lot. Luis says that great attention was paid to harvesting the cherries at the moment of optimal ripeness, he then fermented without water for 36 hours before washing then carefully drying over 14-21 days. The result is a coffee bursting with vibrant juicy acidity and wonderful sweetness.
