We have purchased coffee from Rafael for the last few years; the man is a wizard, producing exceptional coffee harvest after harvest. He is known especially for his Pink Bourbon, a variety that is elegant, sweet, and usually very juicy.

Rafael dreams of having his coffee make it to the last round of the Cup of Excellence competition, we can't believe it hasn't already!

This year, we asked Rafael to produce a washed Pink Bourbon for us, and it has not disappointed. Packed full of sweetness and vibrant juicy flavours, it is arguably one of our favourite coffees this year.
