WHAT WASHED FILTER COFFEES ARE IN THE BOX?

LAS COLINAS

FARM: 10 SMALL-SCALE PRODUCERS
REGION: MOZONTE
MUNICIPALITY: NUEVA SEGOVIA
HARVESTED: MAY
VARIETY: CATUAÍ, CATURRA, PACAMARA

PROCESS: WASHED

Mozonte, a region of Nicaragua steeped in coffee-growing traditions that span generations, maintains strong ties to its indigenous culture and its people. The ten families behind Las Colinas strive to enhance the quality of their coffee with each passing harvest.

Despite receiving 1500-1800mm of rainfall annually, the growers encountered a significant challenge in consistently drying the coffee post-harvest. Caravela's introduction of a drying facility provided them with greater control during this crucial stage.

The outcome is Las Colinas, a coffee brimming with sweetness, boasting rich, chocolatey notes, and offering a delightful drinking experience, cup after cup!
