Edier has been passionate about coffee production from a very early age & comes from a long line of coffee producers. He would follow his father around the farm asking endless questions. Eventually, after much begging, Edier's father granted him a small plot to produce coffee & his dream became reality. Edier is dedicated to his craft of coffee production & has educated himself in specialty coffee production. He has also developed his ability to cup coffee as he sees a more rounded knowledge helping him improve processes on the farm.
