Surrounded by mountains and picture perfect blue lagoons, lies the Mayan archeological site of Zaculeu, a stark reminder of the people of Huehuetenango's past. It is in the shadow of this monument, nestled amongst the hills that a group of small-scale producers choose to grow their coffee, helped by a wonderful climate, they produce consistently high quality coffees.

These producers work on small-scale farms, 3.5 hectares on average, producing around 1,600kg of cherries per hectare. They are proud of their coffees, which they say reflects the history and culture of the region, and we are proud to be able to share it with you, enjoy.
