We’re thrilled to share something new with you: our very first coffee from producer Gabriel Bravo and his farm, Finca Los Pinos, in Unión Buena Vista, Chiapas. For over three decades, coffee has been central to Gabriel’s family life, but in recent years they’ve turned their attention to producing specialty coffee with incredible care.
The farm itself is a true family effort. Gabriel leads the harvest, his wife keeps everyone fuelled with home-cooked meals, and their children pitch in too — coffee and family woven together, every step of the way. They grow a mix of varieties, but we’ve fallen for this Bourbon lot, a variety we always get excited about here at Marvell Street.
The result? A coffee that’s bright yet silky, with flavours of crisp red apple, milk chocolate and honeycomb. We’re proud to be sharing this little piece of Chiapas with you, and even more excited to feature Gabriel’s work for the first time on our menu.
