When do you roast?
We roast on Monday and dispatch on Tuesday. To ensure you get the coffee you want delivered promptly we recommend ordering on Sunday or Monday morning. If you order after our roast day and we can't fulfil your order we will ship it the following roast day. We will always contact you and let you know if we can't fulfil your order.
Help! I made a mistake on my order how can I change it?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can. We will always do our best to accommodate you, the sooner you get in touch the better, how much we can change depends on what stage of dispatch your order is at.
How long will my coffee last before it goes stale?
We recommend resting our coffee for 7-10 days after roasting before brewing, and consuming it within 10-30 days for the best tasting results. As long as the coffee is stored properly (sealed bag/container in a cool cupboard) then it can still taste great for longer periods.
It's Wednesday/Thursday and I want coffee for the weekend what do I do?
If you live locally select 'pick up from roastery' at checkout and swing by to collect. Or select 'overnight express' as your shipping option for the fastest shipping. If you're unsure what to order give us a call or drop us an email and we can help you make the right choice.
How long does shipping take?
- For Gold Coast, Brisbane, & Northern Rivers, shipping takes 1-2 business days.
- For Sydney and surrounds, shipping takes 1-3 business days.
- For all other destinations, allow 1-5 business days.
Is there tracking?
All orders receive a tracking number via email, if you do not receive one please contact us at email@example.com
Can you ship to a P.O box?
Standard Aus Post will ship to P.O boxes but Premium Express is a door to door service and requires a physical address. If you are shipping to a P.O box please make sure you select standard Aus Post shipping.
Do you have a returns policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Simply supply proof of purchase and contact firstname.lastname@example.org
