Israel Hernandez, hailing from a traditional, humble, and devout coffee-growing family in Tolima, found his life's passion in coffee production, guided by his father from a young age. In 2005, he fulfilled his dream of owning a picturesque farm he named Buenos Aires. Despite tempting offers to sell, he remains resolute in preserving its beauty and legacy.
Seeking excellence, in 2016, Israel ventured into specialty coffee, planting 1200 Gesha trees and embracing meticulous production methods. This endeavour taught him a love for the product and garnered recognition for his hard work.
This is an exceptional coffee, with an incredible flavour profile, floral, sweet and complex, it's one of the best Gesha's we've tasted in some time and we can't wait to share it with you.
