Ludivia Maecha learnt how to produce coffee on the family farm, Finca La Cabaña, however it wasn't long until she grew tired of using the traditional methods her father taught her and wanted to focus more on producing specialty grade coffee. Her passion increases with each harvest, she says "I always want to improve form the previous year. My goal is that quality and volume increase year after year".
Ludivia and her husband, Fabian, work tirelessly on the farm, overseeing every aspect of the operation, from processing to the financial expenses and incomes. Their dedication and hard work has meant they have been able to send both their children to university. We are stoked to showcase their hard work.
