Say hello to Kenya's Miroroma Coffee. Cultivated by a cooperative of approximately one thousand dedicated farmers in Kangema's Githiga region. Grown at a lofty 1890 meters above sea level, this coffee embodies the altitude's nuanced flavours. These predominantly small-scale farmers carefully transport their cherries to the Miroroma Factory, where sorting and grading occurs. They are then paid on weight of cherry. The result is a cup brimming with sugary sweet undertones, a lush body, and bursting citrus acidity.
Miroroma not only encapsulates Githiga's essence but also sustains the close-knit farming community. Each sip supports tradition, elevation, and unity.
