On the outer edges of Pitalito, tucked within the lush green folds of Huila, lies Peñas Blancas—a region steeped in nature and tradition. Surrounded by ancient oaks, crystal-clear mountain springs, and a sprawling nature reserve, it's a place where biodiversity thrives and coffee is more than just a crop—it’s a way of life.
The name Peñas Blancas comes from the pale, ghostly mountain peaks that loom over the valley, their white stone faces glowing even without a dusting of snow. It’s hauntingly beautiful—like a scene from a dream—and the coffee grown here is just as memorable.
In Peñas Blancas, conservation, culture, and community go hand-in-hand. The growers here believe that raising the quality of their coffee is a pathway to raising the quality of their lives—and it shows, in every cup.
We’re proud to share this coffee from a truly special corner of the world. We hope you taste the place, the care, and the story behind every sip.
We roast coffee fresh each Monday, if stock has sold out we will ship the following roast day. Please refer to our shipping page for more information.
