In the late 16th century the Spanish arrived in this part of Colombia searching for gold, instead they found silver and named the region La Plata. Fast forward a few hundred years and you'll find gold in the form of coffee, grown by 250 small-scale producers, named San Sebastián. We purchase coffee from these producers almost every year, usually as a component for our blends, however this special 'Micro Lot' is worthy of our single origin menu it's so good.
Produced by just 6 of the 250 producers that make up San Sebastián, it's a shining example of a group of small-scale growers combining forces to produce something exceptional.
*** We roast coffee fresh each Monday, if stock has sold out we will ship the following roast day. Please refer to our shipping page for more information.
