What are adaptogens?

How to brew the perfect cup
Place 3 teaspoons of our Adaptogenic Hot Chocolate into your vessel of choice.
Heat milk/mylk, add in a splash to the powder and stir to paste, pour in the rest of your warmed milk, stirring well and vwala.
You may also like the simple ritual of heating it all together in a small saucepan (or cauldron if you have one handy) on the stovetop or over the campfire.
If you’re feeling less sultry and a little more rustic, simply heap your teaspoons into hot water and top up with a splash of milk/mylk.
