This coffee named San Sebastian is produced by 30 small lot farm holders based in La Plata, Huila, Colombia. The group of producers started working together in 2003 to help better coffee quality, sharing equipment and knowledge has differentiated themselves from competing producers.
Most farm sizes are between 1 and 5 hectares at an altitude ranging from 1400-1900 MSL. To Guarantee cup quality and consistency lot sizes are limited to less than 2 bags each. This enables the clean, sweet and exceptional coffees to be separated and sold as specialty coffee.
