TASTES LIKE - NECTARINE MELON, CHOCOLATE

A blend of AA grade El Paraiso and Los Ocobos Colombian coffees which we have sourced & selected for their clean, sweet & extraordinary favours. Both coffees have been carefully roasted & blended in a way to produce a balanced & tasty espresso coffee.

Daily Grind is a black coffee lovers dream, wonderfully vibrant and juicy, it also makes a pretty satisfying milk coffee for those who like a little more complexity in their cup. We like our producers to be recognised for the careful growing, harvesting & processing of their coffee. Our relationships with our suppliers & growers ensure that our collective future is sustainable.

ESPRESSO RECIPE
USE A RATIO OF AROUND 1:2.5 (coffee to water) and aim for a shot time of 27-30 seconds.

FOR EXAMPLE
Dose 20g of coffee and aim for a total of 48-52g of espresso in 28 seconds.
This is a good starting point however your equipment may be different, so feel free to experiment or get in touch if you need a hand.
