Our Organic espresso blend is a rich, sweet and smooth coffee that is best enjoyed with milk. Those who love a more traditional, strong syrupy espresso, will find this coffee hits the mark. We only source cofees that are clean, sweet and free of defects. The green coffee we use is specialty grade, seasonal and purchased from Certified Organic Cooperatives.

We have worked with producer group La Danta, from Peru, for several harvests now. They produce an exceptionally sweet and clean coffee, we then add a small amount of naturally processed coffee to add complexity and sweetness. You're left with an Organic Blend that is incredibly clean, sweet and free of defects.

ESPRESSO RECIPE
USE A RATIO OF AROUND 1:2 (coffee to water) and aim for a shot time of 28-31 seconds.

FOR EXAMPLE
Dose 22g of coffee and aim for a total of 42g of espresso in 30 seconds.
This is a good starting point however your equipment may be different, so feel free to experiment or get in touch if you need a hand.
