One of our favourite coffee regions of Colombia, known for its super clean and fruity flavour profile, this is a blend of coffee from small farms in the Southern area of Tolima. They’re all part of a local association in the region, a cooperative of sorts. An elected board help organise everything from agronomical assistance, farmer payments, and facilitating export. This coffee is fully washed with overnight fermentation, followed by drying on raised, covered drying beds. We thank Caravela coffee for providing this coffee which is of outstanding quality year after year!
