Nestled among the mountains of El Tambo in Nariño, you'll discover the farm El Carmen. Keep your eyes peeled, and you'll likely catch Cristian Burgos meticulously selecting ripe cherries from the family coffee trees. Coffee flows through Cristian's veins; his entire family plays a role in coffee production, and he sees the farm and coffee as his birthright, a means to uphold the family name and tradition. Driven and youthful, he's currently focused on enhancing the farm's wet mill to yield even finer coffee.
