Edith Enciso and her husband Wilson Rodriguez cut their teeth running Wilson's parents coffee farm in the hills of Quindio. Once they felt they had the knowledge and experience they decided to strike out on their own, moving to Palandas and starting their own coffee farm. Today they run three separate farms with help from their children. Wilson takes care of the harvesting and de-pulping and Edith manages the post-harvest processing.
Their greatest achievement came in 2005 when they placed first in the Cup of Excellence, a prestigious coffee competition that rewards quality.
