El Cascabel is a producer group located in El Tablón, a small community in the state of Nariño engrained with strong indigenous traditions. The producers in this group are part of a Co-Op called Cafés Especiales de Nariño, which provide quality assessment and financial assistance to help them produce high-quality coffee. Nariño is in the very south of Colombia, neighbouring the Pacific Ocean and Ecuador, where cool nights are the norm. This allows the coffee cherries to ripen slower, resulting in some of the sweetest coffee you'll find in Colombia.
We are very excited to have this beautiful coffee back on our menu once more.
*** We roast coffee fresh each Monday, if stock has sold out we will ship the following roast day. Please refer to our shipping page for more information.
