Coffee has been part of Enyar’s life from the beginning. He grew up learning from his parents and grandparents, who passed down both the practical knowledge of farming and a deep respect for the work.

For more than 20 years, Enyar has been building his own path in coffee, always with the same goal: to keep improving quality. A turning point came in 2005, when he attended a workshop with 26 other growers from the region. After the session, the group stayed back to talk through their shared challenges, and from that conversation, a cooperative was born.

The aim was simple: strengthen coffee production in the region and create better pathways to market. For Eynar, it became a way to push beyond his own farm and help build greater recognition for the coffee around him.

Since moving into specialty, Enyar has seen real change. Better quality has brought better prices, but it has also shaped the way he approaches every harvest, process and investment.

What makes Enyar proudest is that his farm reflects the work he has put into it. He is still learning, still refining, and still looking ahead.
