Francy Barrera is one of three generations of the same coffee growing family who live and work at Finca la Orquída, located in the rugged hills that rise above Palestina in Huila, Colombia. Francy's father taught her how to grow and care for the farm's coffee trees, whilst her mother showed her how to process the coffee once it's harvested. Since taking the reigns at the farm Franco has made quality her number one focus, but is always quick to point out that it is a family affair, and without the help of her family she wouldn't be able to grow the incredible coffee that she does.
This is the first time we have purchased coffee from Francy and we couldn't be happier with the quality of this lot, we think you'll love it too.
