Allow us to introduce you to, Gabriel Quilindo. His farm, Finca el Bosque - meaning "The Forest" is 8 hectares of thick bushland deeply set in the region of La Plata, Huila. This environment has inspired Gabriel sustain the natural beauty of his surrounds by implementing a forestry project on his land to help create bio-diversity and adequate shade for his coffee trees. Gabriel is no one trick pony, alongside that project he's is currently developing his own fertilisers with by-products of coffee production such as the cherry pulp and mucilage. This will vastly reduce the use of synthetic fertilisers on his trees - good for the coffee, good for us, good for the planet!
