Jairo López's farm, Finca Villa Norena, sits in the shadow of Nevado del Tolima, a snowcapped active volcano responsible for the area's diverse mix of microclimates and rich volcanic soil. Couple that with the fact Jairo's farm sits at 1,750 MASL and you have the perfect set-up for producing incredible coffee. Jairo ignores what other farmers are doing instead he focuses 100% on producing exceptional coffee and after fifteen years of hard work the proof is in the pudding, Jairo's coffee is insane!
