Finca Aguacate was a coffee dream 25 years in the making, back when founder Jose Angel was working on his fathers farm and looking for a crop that could earn more money for his family. Back then only two other individuals produced coffee in the region, fast forward 25 years and another farm later and Jose is a bit of a coffee pioneer in El Salvador. His meticulous and unwavering pursuit of quality has seen him produce some of the country's most exciting coffees.
We are thrilled to feature Jose Angel's delicious Pacamara for the first time on the Marvell Street menu.
