Segundo spent his childhood playing amongst his father's coffee trees, eventually taking over the family farm and continuing the Salomon coffee legacy. A passionate family man, Segundo says he is happiest when he and his brothers are working the farm with their children.
He decided to plant the less common Tabi variety six years ago after visiting another farm in Huila with similar climatic conditions. He was excited by the idea of building his own nursery and has been growing Tabi ever since.
This lot has tropical fruit and sugary sweet flavours, a delicious coffee from a hardworking producer and his family.
