LOS CHELAZOS

Chelazos refers to the inhabitants of the northern district of El Salvador called Chalatenango, known for their green or blue eyes and lighter-coloured skin, a relatively uncommon trait for most El Salvadorians. It is from this name that Los Chelazos was born, produced by 25 small-scale, quality-focused coffee farmers.

These growers are fortunate, their coffee farms are on rich fertile soil, allowing them to produce coffee with exceptional complexity and clarity. Match that with their passion for detail when processing their coffee and the result is a truly unique and delicious coffee from a wonderful growing region.
