Los Ocobos is a group of 20 coffee producers that surround the city of Ibague in the every popular growing region of Tolima. The name refers to the Ocobos tree that blooms twice a year and colours the city in bright pink blanket of flowers.
The coffee growers in the region are blessed with the ideal growing conditions and microclimates provided by the volcano, Nevado del Tolima. These growing regions have altitudes of up to 2100 meters above sea level giving the the coffee cherries longer to mature and providing improving the acidity and cup complexity.
Tolima is one of our favourite regions of Colombia, we hope you love it too!
