Luis Edier Reinoso's coffees are always exceptional, and his AAA Caturra lot is no exception. Like all his coffees, Luis harvested this lot entirely by hand, however he made extra care during harvest to keep the Caturra seperate from his other lots, this resulted in a small amount of 'AAA' grade Caturra that is absolutely delicious.
He says each year he implements improvements to processing and harvesting that are the results of experiments made during the previous harvest, and this is how he achieves such high grades for his coffee.
