Nito Arbey inherited Finca La Palma from his father and after years of working the land together he decided to pay closer attention to coffee production on the farm. It's a journey that has taken seven years but seen his coffee quality improve with each harvest, better quality means better prices and allows Nito to invest back in his farm year on year. His wife Ana Edith, looks after the processing of the coffee whilst Nito cares for the trees. This partnership has reaped incredible rewards, with Nito's coffee now gaining a reputation as some of the finest in Huila.
Nito's pride comes from building on his father's legacy, working the land with his young family, the same as his father did a generation before him.
