Growing up on a coffee farm taught Nubia Yaneth Paz the ins and outs of coffee production though it wasn't until later in life that she shifted her focus to the sensory side of things, learning how to taste, cup and physically analyse coffee. This shift led her into the specialty coffee realm, with the help of her husband Dagoberto they run their farm Los Naranjos with two things in mind, exceptional quality and working in harmony with the environment. Nubia takes care of de-pulping, fermentation and drying the coffee whilst Dagoberto handles the general administration of the farm.
Nubia wants the whole world to try her coffee and taste the hard work she and her husband put into every harvest, a real dream team!
