Thunderbird is a 70/30 blend of washed and honey-processed coffees, crafted for both traditional espresso lovers and milk coffee drinkers. Roasted to highlight a low-acidity profile, Thunderbird offers rich chocolate and caramel flavours.

We select coffees for this blend that are sweet, clean, and beautifully grown and processed, making it enjoyable to the very last sip, with or without milk. Its consistency and clean cup profile make Thunderbird a perfect blend base.

By partnering with Caravela Coffee and the La Estrella producer group, we ensure exceptional coffee every harvest. This collaboration also empowers farmers to enhance their farms and uplift their communities.

ESPRESSO RECIPE
USE A RATIO OF AROUND 1:2.1 (coffee to water) and aim for a shot time of 28-31 seconds.

FOR EXAMPLE
Dose 20g of coffee and aim for a total of 40-44g of espresso in 28 seconds.
This is a good starting point however your equipment may be different, so feel free to experiment or get in touch if you need a hand.
