Daily Grind is a dream for black coffee lovers—vibrant, juicy, and also a satisfying milk coffee for those who enjoy added complexity in their cup.

This blend combines AA-grade coffees, carefully selected for their clean, sweet, and extraordinary flavours. Each coffee is thoughtfully roasted and blended to produce a balanced and delicious espresso.

We consider Daily Grind a "modern" espresso, roasted to highlight the unique terroir of its growing region, resulting in a coffee that’s bursting with personality.

COLOMBIA: EL MERIDIANO - WASHED 30%
NICARAGUA: LA PRADERA - WASHED 70%
ESPRESSO RECIPE
USE A RATIO OF AROUND 1:2.5 (coffee to water) and aim for a shot time of 27-30 seconds.

FOR EXAMPLE
Dose 20g of coffee and aim for a total of 48-52g of espresso in 28 seconds.
This is a good starting point however your equipment may be different, so feel free to experiment or get in touch if you need a hand.
