Manuel Jesus Ceron is relatively new to specialty coffee production but no stranger to the cultivation of coffee. His father grew coffee for much of his life and passed on some of his land to Manuel to begin his on production. 50 years later Manuel, his wife and 11 children all help with the family business. It wasn't until 2017 when one of his son's who is employed by Caravela encouraged him to have his coffees quality assessed by the QC team. Last year he sold his first lot to Caravela and received some very helpful feedback to help him improve his post harvest practices.
